Youth Transition Specialists are specialized caseworkers who work with young people ages 14+ in every region of the state. Their role is to be part of your team—helping you strengthen family and community connections, discover your interests, build important life skills, help you take steps towards your goals, and access the resources you need as you move toward adulthood.
